Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WineMe mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

Billing and Subscriptions

• Plans — WineMe offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation — cancel any time from the Settings screen in the app or your account settings on the web; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Accuracy — you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for all applicable fees.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use WineMe only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Access the service by automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written permission

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Affiliate Disclosure

WineMe may earn a commission from affiliate links displayed in the app and on the website (for example, wine purchase links). When you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may receive a percentage of the sale. This does not change the price you pay.

Content and Recommendations

Wine information and recommendations are provided for informational purposes. We work to keep catalog information accurate and grounded in real sources, but we do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Please drink responsibly and only if you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

WineMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WineMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
